I guess the game thought that the one with the key left the squad, and it was an auto-fail. The funny in this is I was the one with the key, also I was the host. Did a lot of runs before this w/o any promblems (well once something like this happened, but it was on nightmare at the hijack part and I'm not sure if it was a proper fail or not).
