0 RagingGrizzly
I personally do use Heavy Caliber on the Tonkor, but with the new mods that came out in the event, I'm contemplating on replacing it with Bladed Rounds. They mods preform fairly well, but if you don't have access to those mods, then Heavy Caliber (In my experience) is a good mod to use.
0 Tsoe
well... i think it s a double yes no need to be so acurate with that thing not like you need to head shoot or something Edited February 2, 2016 by Tsoe
0 Codesco
Yes, it doesnt make the accuracy that bad especially if you use split chamber. It increases the damage by a ton
0 Swailwort
I found Bladed Rounds is much better than HCal, specially with Argon Scope
0 taiiat
use of it is a personal preference. hitting your intended target would get harder when using it... but with how much ridiculously imbalanced Damage Tonkor deals, just spraying into a room and making a minefield works just fine too. also depends on what you're fighting ofcourse. if fighting two Armor Types, you'd fare better with a secondary Elemental that can get some bonus towards the other Armor Type from your primary focus so that you can deal some Damage to that type as well. i may also suggest Bladed Rounds as a generally better replacement for Heavy Caliber however. due to Explosions still automatically aiming for Weakpoints (and still slated to be fixed but w/e), the extra Crit Damage would blow Heavy Caliber out of the water on almost all of your shots, except for the ones unlucky enough to not be able to Ray Trace to Weakpoints.
