Is Tekko Any Good?

With the new mods for melee, is the tekko good to use on higher level missions? I usually use the lacera but i kinda want to use the Tekko again because of the new crit mods

yes, its very good with body count and blood rush. definitely my new favorite melee

Red crits galore. At 2x combo, guaranteed reds. Although the stance combos start off slowly, a berserker/crit build is great with the 190% combo

even before those mods, Tekko are by far the best Gauntlet weapons IMO, mainly for being Slash-based. (and who doesn't want to punch people in half?)

 

now that you mention it, Tekko WITH those mods, oh baby... Atlas is gonna have a fun time with that, and so am I!

Tekko are my favourite melee weapon. They have terrible range but make up for it by the fact that they have the best melee crit chance in the game and can use Seismic Palm, arguably one of the best stances in the game (check it out - it can ragdoll in a radius on simple combos leaving enemies open to ground finishers, another thing which fist weapons are excellent for, AND the last combo results in a regular finisher attack whilst being easy and fast to perform).

I use Obex and that's great, so I can only imagine that Tekko is just as good.

 

Honestly, with Blood Rush, any weapon that has a decent base crit chance (20-30%) is now top tier.
