Help! Jordas Golem Question.

I have played this mission several times now, have all the parts apart from blue print.

 

After some research, it says the blue print is the first thing that drops after you defeat the golem?

 

Do I need to host it to complete the quest or something?

 

So far I've just joined other people.

IIRC, you have to be the Host for the quest to count on your end. joining others gets you another shot at the parts, but you only get the Blueprint once for quest completion.

Pretty much.

You need to start the quest yourself and do all the parts of the quest. When you fight the golem, you will be given the assassinate bp inside your inbox and atlas bp from quest completion.

Yeah, you have to be on the Step/Quest: Assassinate the Golem, and then host or join the mission "Assassinate the Golem," note that this is different than the mission "Jordas Golem Assassinate."  You will get the BP mailed to you for completing the quest.
