wouldn't it be cool to be able to make a helmet, then have it in the game, and have the same happen with skins, (not like deluxe skins, like immortal skins is what i'm talking about.). by this, i mean only "YOU" can see it. so that no one would consider having better designs, or copy designs..

 

 

but these are my opinions.

I don't understand, you want to make a skin and that you are the only one who is able to wear it? Or you mean, just to test it?

This would invalidate a whole level of customization, if I understand you right.

You want skins and whatnot to work similar as to how they do in Insurgency or some such game, where only those who downloaded them from the Workshop see them.

I guess you could try that in Garry's mod but Idk how this will work for Warframe.

I think he means like modding. You create something than you add it into your game similar to Fallout/Elder Scrolls

Warframe isn't exactly a sim game despite being called Fashionframe, they do have steam workshop to promote custome made skins in the shop, but if they attempt anything of the sort, people won't be buying skins anymore ^_^.

thanks for your opinions. also, i would like to thank you for reminding me of those steam  skins. this topic has inspired me to make a skin or helmet for the workshop
