Does your PC have a 64-bit operating system installed? If not, then you will only be able to run the game in 32-bit mode.

Additionally, you will need to have an Nvidia dedicated GPU that supports Nvidia PhysX to enable the option in game.

Exactly as Letter says, 32bit or 64 bit is based off of your System Type.

to check what operating system you have, right click your Computer from the desktop, click properties, and then read System type.

If it's 32bit, then there's not much you can do without changing that first.

I would suggest uninstalling your Nvidia drivers, restarting your PC and reinstalling the latest GeForce drivers from Nvidia's website for your OS.

Then, I would also suggest performing a cache verification check on your files through the Warframe launcher.
