ofcourse Synoid Gammacor applies more Damage - but has significantly lower Ammunition Efficiency while doing it, plus innate Entropy Explosion.

and Atomos performs exceptionally well against large groups of Enemies, due to it's 'bouncing' nature. it's designed for big crowds of Enemies, not small numbers.

Ya but, you need more ammo to deal the same damage with the normal Gammacor, so insnt it kinda the same?

exactly what i said - significantly more effective, plus Entropy Explosion - but significantly less Ammunition Efficient. but not a problem since with Ammo Mutation Equipped it's still a clear winner.
you won't be holding the trigger down and waving it around hoping Enemies trip on it, but if you use it to shoot at Enemies, it'll serve well.
