Weird things on mission loading screens

I honestly have no idea what this thing is that has been popping up lately, it is just white or red symbols along with weird computer noises (literally beeps and boops) and it shows up at random on loading screens when I'm going into a mission. Can somebody please explain what these are?

I already did the quest for that, so it is just old stuff they haven't removed yet for people who already finished it?

Yea basically. 

It's the startup sequence for transference xP Doesn't really tease anything now, but it still fits into the game, so it hasn't been removed.

there's no reason to remove it, it causes no harm and is still neat.
