Warframe twitch plat

I've watched a couple of the devstreams and I noticed they often give out plat rewards. My question is how? Its on twitch and the twitch accounts arent linked to steam or warframe accounts so how does it work? I'm not hoping on winning I'm just curious how it works cus "username1" may have diffrent username in twitch then they do in warframe.

the User in Twitch have to send a message to the warframe twitch page and send their IGN,

The winners have to send a PM to their twitch account with the Warframe Alias and platform ("tell us where to put it")

Random name is chosen. They tell you to info them your in game name if that name is you.

they message your twitch acc and ask what ur warframe name is and yeah
