Effective Health Calculator

Question

Hey all you fine folk out there. Just wanted to post a calculator that I made to calculate the effective health of your warframes. Some of the nerds out there will appreciate this.

CLICK HERE: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/12hBS1f73JH_SeiEVWHktkws5MfExZXa_r7LbLx7DMmc/edit?usp=sharing

For those of you who don't know, effective health is the amount of damage you can take before you die. So it factors in armor into the equation for you. The calculator will let you input all of your health, armor, and shield mods figure out how tough you are.

If you want to use the calculator, save it to your Google Drive (File > Make a Copy...). If everyone tries to use the same sheet, it will fail horribly. I'm working on a Python-based app for it, but that will take some time, because I'm terrible at coding. Additionally, I'm working on a damage calculator for weapons, but there are a lot more weapons than Warframes.

Have fun people and good luck out there, Tenno!

Using the Warframe Effective Health Calculator

  1. Find the Warframe of your choice. They are listed in alphabetical order along the left side. If you’re interested in a Prime Warframe, switch the Prime Warframes tab at the bottom of the chart.

  2. In the columns labeled by words in blue, input the rank of your mods. Note that for the calculator, you must input the rank of your mod plus one. This is because the calculator uses 1 for unranked mods.

Vitality, Redirection, and Steel Fiber are all maxed at Rank 10. Input 11 for max rank.

Vigor, Physique, and Armored Agility are maxed at Rank 5. Input 6 for max rank.

Flow and Primed Flow are mutually exclusive and each rank increases energy cap by 25%. This means that Rank 0 - 5 Primed Flow is equal to regular Flow. Regardless of whether you’re using Flow or Primed Flow, input the rank of the mod into this column.

Rush is maxed at Rank 5. Input 6 for max rank.

Sprint boost is maxed at Rank 3. Input 4 for max rank.

The Sprint Speed Calculator uses the Armored Agility from the Effective Health portion of the calculator. If you’re using an Armored Agility, look there.

  1. The red columns are the actual numbers that the calculator calculates. If you’re interested in the details, look for the green columns.

  2. Try to remember to clear any edits you’ve made to the main sheet! Or you can save yourself a copy via File > Make a Copy.

  3. If you link this in other places, please give credit if you use it.

No, its not that simple. Armor works as a curve. If a warframe has 300 armor, you take 1/2 the damage from all attacks. If a warframe has 600 armor, you take 1/3 damage from all attacks. With 900 armor, its 1/4. Please do your research before telling other people they are wrong.
