Getting One-shot by Grineer

So I've been banging my head on today's Sortie 2 (Sniper only, level 65-80) with my Mesa solo. She has 540 Shield, 900 Health plus the token 65 Armour. However I can't seem to be able to survive a single hit from Ballistas or Hyekas. The former kill me before I see them, but at least I have Shatter Shield and cover; the latter... just pounces my full health Warframe and it's the death screen.

Do I really have to go cheese Loki/Ivara with God mode (Invisibility) for this solo mission?

balista on higher lvl doing insane dmg i suggest u replace redirection with quick thinking... later  wen u finish  back redirection

Only real way to survive this is NOT being a visible target in the first place, sorry to say. At least Grineer don't have nullifiers that would be standing in the way to force you out of stealth.
