I got nikana prime blade

Was doing t2 survival got the nikana part on 40 we extract, then im brought back on the ship and got a message "you lost connection to the host", so i ask the other players and the say everything is fine for them, so does anyone had this thing before and know if support can help to get the part back?

If the other members completed the mission, so that DE has record of said mission, Support should be able to provide your account with your missed reward so long as you give them the appropriate information they ask for.

I've never experienced this bug, but you should give it a try at support. Maybe you have to wait a bit more for the answer because after big updates the support have to deal with the excessive amount of bug reports.
