To finish this stage, you will need 20 kills of the Broodmother, and the best place to find them is Orokin Derelict Survival. I'd recommend a high energy efficiency and duration Ember or Ember Prime for making it easy. 20 minutes of doing it solo should let you get the 20 Broodmothers without an issue.
