LilLemay
Can anyone tell me if power strength affects the amount of health returned by Inaros's 4th? I see that it affects the DoT but is that correlative with the health returned?
1 NinjaZeku
Wiki says yes. http://warframe.wikia.com/wiki/Inaros/Abilities Damage per second and healing is affected by Power Strength.
1 B0N3M4N
If you've got inaros then just go on an empty configuration, put only the strenght mod and check on the abilities with the modifiers by clicking on the button on the bottom right after entering the Abilities menu. I know it's not a real answer but you can check it by yourself, if you have the frame.
0 mrwald0
It does, but i honestly feel like it isn't worth wasting mod slots on PS with him. You are better off building for CC with his ult and for finishers on his first abilites. You can restore 800hp with every finisher and that is with 0 PS mods. So Range + Duration.
