Either Pure elemental damage or status, crit isn't worth the effort required.

hornet strike, barrel diffusion, lethal torrent and seeker like on every secondary

and complete with elements, preferably dual stats ones with a primed heated charge, don't mod crit

according to the wiki

otherwise

viral+fire for polyvalent

coro+fire for grineer&infested

viral+elec/magnetic+toxin for corpus

the 4th element doesn't add much so you can switch it for reload speed/recoil or w/e utility

Since all three new weapons can hit 100% status I'd start there. Look at stacking all the gold elementals with status% and then use other slots to buff the status you prefer to see happen the most. They can also do with a small dose of fire rate since they have awful RoF without hitting that headshot.
