0 Grobbus
Steel fiber + Intensify + Transient fortitude and Blind rage and Squall helmet = 12 460 globe hp Steel fiber + Armored agility + Blind rage + Transient frotitude and Aurora helmet = 11 550 globe hp The difference is not that big, so either will do just fine. I myself have both, but using only Squall.

That's the regular frost, not the primed one and the stats are from warframe-builder.
0 Rydian
Let's take a Frost Prime with maxed... Vitaility, Steel Fiber, and Redirection. And 100% power strength as the base. No helmet 1295 Shields 740 HP 630 Armor (67.7% damage reduction) ----- 6650 Globe HP 2404 incoming damage needed to kill the frost. Squall helmet 1230 Shields 740 HP 630 Armor (67.7% damage reduction) ----- 7175 Globe HP 2339 incoming damage needed to kill the frost. Aurora helmet 1295 Shields 703 HP 705 Armor (70.1% damage reduction) ----- 7025 Globe HP 2297 incoming damage needed to kill the frost. Of course, the numbers and relations change depending on your target power strength and armor and stuff, what build are you using?

0 ClinkzEastwood
It doesn't really matter. At the level where you actually care about your globe HP you either end up stacking them every 4 seconds anyway. Wear the best looking one.
0 Rydian
I agree with the stacking, the differences are minor since you can stack, I prefer efficiency because of that. Speaking of which... Efficiency is capped at 75%, you could use something else in the place of Streamline to free up a slot for 60%, or run Fleeting Expertise at rank 3 instead to get 70% with less duration cut. 0 ThorienKELL
Squall, always squall, looks better, is bit better. Difference is not that high but devil is in details as they say - ppl will pay much to be just a bit better in vast army of same frosts.
