F04 Railroad, excluding the doc most of them are pretty cool, and the gunners since they feel like they have alot more personaility than Talon and Co. Ghost333 Posted March 10, 2016 Share Posted March 10, 2016 FO3: I really liked Rivet City and Megaton. Moira was a cutie patootie. FO:NV NCR wasn't too bad. The Boomers were cool. Loved the Think Thank though. Those guys were awesome. But in the end, my favourite faction was...me. FO4: Railroad and the Minutemen Railroad because these guys have Tinker Tom and Deacon Minutemen because these guys are pretty much the best hope for the Commonwealth at the moment.
