Can someone explain this to me

So i was modding my sweeper prime and started questioning how modding work, so can some1 PLEASE explain this stuff to me

 

Here is a pic of my sweeper prime with 0 rank point blank

 

Ok so i change it to max rank point blank (no, i do not have primed point blank ok?)

 

WHAT HAPPENED THERE? So i lost effect from my Frigid blast and Hells chamber completely

 

And heres 3 more pictures, that i let u think abt whats wrong there 

 

 

 

 

I noticed that the mod ordering did do something, but I never could get the effect of all mods to work, and ive never had same issues with regular shotguns. I did take more pictures but that would make the post too long i think and i think those show everything important atleast. I do not know if this is a bug or what, but its extremely infuriating.

I can't reproduce this myself at will, but I've seen other people complaining about it for the last two days or so.

Happen to me a while ago when modding something and restarting the game fixed it at the time but dunno about now. If it somewhat works in different orders just keep messing with it until it works.

It could possibly be a ui bug? ive noticed that a few have shown up after 18.5

I'm pretty sure it's an arsenal UI bug.  My Deth Machine Rifle has been saying it has no elements at all but still gives procs from them in mission.

It is a UI bug, this happens also with my sentinel guns and sometimes even my main weapons.

I've had that happen when the mod was in use by another weapon that is currently equipped.
