Is Warframe Support Desk closed on weekends?

I have a feeling this was due to the DDoS attack:

So I was trying to sell a bunch of stuff for credits. I got disconnected RIGHT in the middle of the transaction. Now the items are gone but I did not get the credits. I am trying to submit a ticket but WF Support Desk is timing out. Is this due to the attacks as well, or is it just that Support Desk is closed on weekends?

Costumer Support only works from Monday til Friday, but you can still create tickets on the weekend, they will just get to them when they are back in the office. If you can't access the support desk it is probably due the login issues.

The support desk will always accept new tickets, if there's a timeout it's likely related to the attacks.

The warframe support desk is always open to new tickets regardless of the date/time wheather or not there are actually people there responding to the tickets is something I'm unsure of though. if it's timing out then there is probably some sort of server issue on their end.
