Changing Syndicate hate to love

Whats the best way to go about this? I want to switch up my syndicates but am at -42,000 with the one I want to switch to. Since I can't get a hold of an emblem that lets me earn xp for them how do I go about lower - well I guess technically raising - their score?

I started out with meridian and am wanting to switch to Hexis. Is this possible?

Well first you and apply the emblem you get from initiation and then earn your points.....

Don't switch syndicate. Farm your syndicate to trade for other syndicates instead.

You can have up to 4 syndicates at a time. I would recommend leveling those 4 and trading for any items you need out of the other ones.
