Life Strike or Jagged Edge + Buzz Kill on Nikana Prime?

Okay, so i just found out after getting my Buzz kill, that if i combined that with my Jagged Edge, i would have over 800 Slash damage.

Now, i already have a crit / combo build that i love, but im stuck in one thing. I could either do

Buzz Kill and Life Strike = Life Steal and 600 Slash Damage.

OR

Buzz Kill + Jagged Edge = No life Steal but 830+ Slash Damage.

What would you guys recommend i do for an effective late game build? :).

I'd personally go Buzz Kill + Life Strike. It'll help keep your health up.

I see, but would you say that the Slash Build could work out if i didn't care to much about my HP?

For a late game build go with elemental combo ,  i-p-s dmg drops faster than elemental , life strike is life saving sometimes soo i can suggest you to go with life strike and elemental combo depends the enemy

Or how about 2 builds, 1 build with life strike in it and 1 without it.

Bring the build with life strike if you dont have a healer frame or teammate with a healer frame into mission, or bring the build without the life strike if you are bringing a healer frame or your teammate is bringing a healer frame.

Simple choice, for me that is.

Physical only Melee Loadouts are useless unless you have Blood Rush and Body Count Equipped.
without that, Elementals will deal ~6-8x more Damage to Enemies.

(correction - they always will deal that much more Damage, but always Critting and even RedCrit/double RedCrit can make Physical deal enough Damage to be viable.)

For most weapons elemental mods do a better job. I use the 120% slash mods on my Sancti Tigris and my Dread, that's it.

spoiled strike is greatly countered with berserker and with 2.5x combo you start red critting, so you don't really need Jagged Edge.

I also have another build with lifestrike, where i switch out spoiled strike for said life strike:
