*Mecha* The Engineer/Rocket Man

(Mecha) New Engineer Based Warframe

 

Mecha's Design is based around summoning support and utility defense

He can summon energy regenerating turrets and even an exploding clone

He can make a invincible bubble shield and shoot loot rockets

The rockets will kill enemies and when those enemies explode its like a pinata of loot

Also he is a bit on the bulky side with his defenses as a sort of tanky character

And his stats or polarities tend to side with that note, so he is about as slow as the rhino

 

Mecha has 2 passive abilities that help him in battle

1. He has a self aura that auto converts any ammo picked up; into the ammo for the weapon he has out

*Mechas passive will automatically convert ammo he picks up into the ammo for the gun he has out, 25% rate change, like a rank 3 ammo mutation

*This means that if he has a shotgun out, any ammo picked up will transmute into shotgun ammo 

*2. He benefits from a bonus 15% reload speed on pistols and shotguns as well

 

 

 

(Stats)

Health: 100 (300 at rank 30)

Power: 150 (250 at rank 30)

Armor: 225

Shield Capacity: 150 (400 at rank 30)

Sprint Speed: 1.0

Conclave: 130

Polarities: 1 Madurai (V) and 1 Vazarin (D)

Aura Polarity: Naramon (-)

 

Ever the smart little stinker, his abilities revolve around mechanical items

He is more suited as a support character who benefits teammates with energy, ammo, and loot


Power 1: Mecha Turret 25 Energy

Mecha summon's a turret or turrets to aid him and his allies

A turret is not based on duration but has a set amount of health

Each turret has 2 small shields on the left and right side of it

They provide a wall that is short enough to crouch behind for cover from fire

the shields slightly curve backwards as well, they block all bullets and explosions

The turrets act like a real world obstacle and block enemies like a normal static item might

Turrets act like a small energy generator as they regenerate energy to nearby players 

The rate of energy regen is a base of 0.3, it can stack with other turrets though

turrets use the same weapon as Mecha's secondary weapon, with slightly decreased damage, 75% damage, -25%

the turrets stats, shields/health/armor/damage are based off the players conclave and Mechas level

 

Rank 1. 1 turret, +(1% stat increase per Mecha Level and +  (Conclave/11 Converted into % Buff))

Rank 2. 1 turret +(1.5% stat increase per Mecha Level and +  (Conclave/11 Converted into % Buff))

Rank 3. 2 turrets +(2% stat increase per Mecha Level and + (Conclave/11 Converted into % Buff))

{the augment for this would replace the secondary you're using with the primary weapon you're using}

 

Power 2: Mecha Bot 50 Energy

Mecha summons a specter of himself to fight by his side

The specter is not based on duration but has his own health and shields

When the specter dies he will drop 4 health orbs for Mecha and his allies 

As well when the specter dies he will explode and deal damage in a explosive radius to nearby enemies

The specter has slightly lower stats than the mecha who summoned him, a bonus based on conclave (Spectre has 50% base stats to Mecha)

Rank 1. Death Blast does 250 Damage. 10M Radius (+1% stat increase per Mecha Level and + (Conclave/11 Converted into % Buff) )

Rank 2. Death Blast does 250 Damage. 12M Radius (+1.5% stat increase per Mecha Level and + (Conclave/11 Converted into % Buff) )

Rank 3. Death Blast does 250 Damage. 15M Radius (+2% stat increase per Mecha Level and + (Conclave/11 Converted into % Buff) )

{the augment makes the mecha bot drop 4 energy orbs on death instead of 4 health orbs}

 

Power 3: Safe Zone 75 Energy

Mecha summons an impenetrable bubble shield to protect his allies, it's size is about a 12m radius bubble

it is meant purely as a defensive bubble and so enemy's cannot enter or shoot into it

Allies can enter and leave as desired, but cannot fire out of the bubble

The bubble is indestructible but has a short duration (useful for defense or reviving allies)

Mechas turrets however cannot fire out of the bubble, but will still shoot if outside it

You can place turrets outside the bubble, but if they are inside they turn off

Rank 1. 6 second duration +(2% duration per  (Conclave/30 Converted into % Buff))

Rank 2. 7 second duration +(2% duration per  (Conclave/28 Converted into % Buff))

Rank 3. 8 second duration +(2% duration per (Conclave/26 Converted into % Buff))

{Augment: when the duration of life for the bubbles expends, it explodes dealing its damage it had taken from bullets, similar to Nyx's Ultimate}

 

Power 4: Heat Seeker 100 Energy

Mecha fires heat seeking rockets in all directions, each rocket locks onto and chases a target

Each rocket has an explosive radius killing enemies within each radial explosion

Enemies killed by the rockets have a 50% chance to drop extra ammo

They will also have an extra % chance to drop extra loot, energy orbs, and even health orbs

The % drop chance is based off conclave, Mechas level, and the abilities rank

Rank 1. 8 rockets, 30% loot chance +(1% per Mecha Level and +  (Conclave/11 Converted into % Buff))

Rank 2. 8 rockets, 35% loot chance +(1.5% per Mecha Level and +  (Conclave/11 Converted into % Buff))

Rank 3. 8 rockets, 40% loot chance +(2% per Mecha Level and +  (Conclave/11 Converted into % Buff))

Each rocket Does 125 Blast and Heat Damage on Explosion on all ranks, total of 250 damage 

The explosion range of each rocket is 8m, and will deal additional damage per explosion near an enemy, stacking per rocket

{Augment: the explosions now shoot off small fragments of flak parts that seek out more enemies nearby for 33% the damage}

an old concept i did, it is slightly re-polished though

his 4th power is fun, it shoots 8 rockets that explode causing loot madness

each rocket seeks out a nearby target

he can make a safe zone for a breather

and can summon 1 or 2 turrets

and a copy of himself that is only 50% as strong as he is, a robo copy of himself, xO

unlike any other warframes he uses conclave to power himself

as 1000 cc/10 = 100%, it is more so /11 for 90% buff 

You can make a super conclave Mecha with really nice damage boosting

Companions will not add to his conclave buff though

Only your primary.secondary.melee will boost it, he himself will not, and companions will not

So you can still try to get really high conclave, for a really nice boost
