Nikana Prime Blade in T2 Survival Exists?

Has anyone actually gotten this part since U18.6.3, or am I just REALLY unlucky. Been doing 1hr T2 Survival runs if I can, all I get is Ash/Trinity Chassis and the occasional random loot, but never this part. The grind has been worse than equinox for me.

If able, someone PM me the datamined drop chances (yes I know this is illegal, but I am really curious how low its drop percentages).

I had better luck with the blade than the BP, honestly. I had to buy the latter eventually, but the blade dropped within 10 keys.
