Focus Passives?????

It doesnt say in the trees how the passives are "activated", and i dont feel like going to watch 6 different youtube videos trying to figure it out through guesswork.

 

Do the Passives (specifically Naramon) "turn on" AFTER you use the focus power once in the mission? or is it already "on" when you jump in?

i know what a passive is, but the descriptions say (Again, Naramon) things about Mind Spike (the focus power) granting the passive effect.

You have to use the focus power before they turn on so for the vast majority of non endless missions you dont get a chance to use them if you dont have the focus' mastery skill maxed out and/or have turned on a lot of additional nodes. Focus trees are due for a rework Soon(TM) so hopefully it changes to something more intuitive.

You need to activate your focus ability once before they start working ^.^
