TheAddictedGamer Posted April 11, 2016 Share Posted April 11, 2016 I am trying to maximize my Loki build and I saw in Mogamu's video that the essence helmet gives 15% power effiency, but when I scroll over the item it doesn't say anything. 3 RagingGrizzly Posted April 11, 2016 Share Posted April 11, 2016 (edited) He has the arcane version of the essence helmet, which were removed a long time ago (And replaced with just cosmetic versions) and nobody can get them, but the people that had them before they were removed had them grandfathered in. They are also still tradeable among players, so you can still buy one from someone, but they'll probably charge you tons of plat for it. This, this, and this. Iactually love it because I don't need Streamline. They only have a % chance of activating under specific circumstances where the arcane helms work constantly and can't be moved from item to item and usually have some sort of negative applied to the frame as well as the bonus Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
