A bear themed frame. I am sure a suit that can spit out ice wouldn't be a problem to create. Bottom line is that it isn't "magic" but very advance science. It's part of the perk being in the council, that's all. dunno why antimatter got chosen though since gameplay is probably going to be similar to other casters.
