To do that, you'll need to rank the weapon to Rank 30, then install forma onto the mod slots you want to change the polarity to. Those slots are green because they're polarized for the mods you have put in them, making them cost half as much. Note that putting forma on a weapon will reset it to unranked, meaning you have to rank your weapon back to full before forma-ing again.

No problem. Be sure to replace damaged mods you got during the tutorial with the fully powered mods, too. That rank 3 damaged Pressure Point is weaker than the five rank Pressure Points in your mod collection.

How do I know when they are damaged?

See the cracks on the Pressure Point installed on your Galatine? That indicates damage. As well as this, I believe it says "DAMAGED" somewhere in the description. Don't worry, you won't get anymore damaged mods; only certain mods you get in the tutorial are damaged!

Just to clarity, damaged mods can't be ranked up as much as undamaged mods

haha yea I noticed that when i was modding myself :P, broken can only get rank 3 and other can get higher.
