Quick Question, Does 2 arcane strikes stack?

Does it just increases the chance of 1 proccing?

will you see 2x arcane procs?

if you see 2 procs, does it have any effect like 2 max arcane strike will yield 40% aspd increase?

The chance itself doesn't "stack" (as in 10% chance + 10% chance = 20% chance) but rather what you get are 2 individual chances for it to proc, the effects can also stack to 2 at the same time if both arcanes are max rank. This applies to all arcanes.
