Does Blood rush and body count affect Ash and Valkyr?

Does any body know if Blood rush and body count affect Ash Rising storm and Valkyr 4th?

With body count the duration is added on afterwards. I think Bladestorm has a 0% crit chance, so Blood Rush doesn't really matter whether it's counted or not for it, but the multiplier will be there for your equipped melee.

For Body Count: 

• Non-channeling abilities that utilize the melee combo counter, such as Slash Dash, Iron Jab, and Blade Storm will benefit from the mod's effects however.

Since Hysteria is channeled, then no it won't benefit.

Except.  Blade storm does raise the combo multiplier for your melee weapon.  Also raises the combo time if your have the aug mod on.

Body count DOES affect Blade storm.

The shadow debt mods don't affect abilities like other mods do, regardless of their current stats (Like bladestorms 0% crit chance), so you aren't going to red crit with valkyr/excal/wukong even though they have sub-decent critical stats.

BC is must have mod for ash melee weapon. Rising storm is made obsolete with this fine mod.
