How to change color of mods (flame mods, electricity mods, cold mods)

Hey guys, I've seen on some YouTube videos that people had different colors of the static electricity on their frames.

I was wondering how I could change the color of the flames that are coming out of my orthos to make it suit my whole white appearance.

I have the mod "multen impact" on my orthos melee to make the flames come out, but I just want to know if you can change the color of it to make it look and blend in with my white and pink appearance.

I'm not sure but try changing the energy color of your orthos.

If they were using Volt/Prime then changing the energy color would change the electricity color. As for weapons I don't think there is a way to change the add particles due to mods.

Any energy you see on YouTube, I don't think is affected by mods. Try changing the items energy color (in the Appearance tab in Arsenal)

Blue electricity = Electricity damage

Orange flames = Heat damage

Blue-ish Green flames = Radiation damage (Heat + Electricity)

Green electricity = Corrosive damage (Toxin + Electricity)

 

You can't change the color of these elemental effects on your melee weapon, they are set colors to help you know (at a glance) what damage type is equipped on your weapon. I'm guessing you don't want to hide these cool visual effects but, if you really want your colors to blend, there's an option in the Display settings (Options > Display > Weapon Elemental FX [very bottom option]) that lets you turn them off.
