Thanks in advanced A very often used method is killing Sargas Ruk, he has basically 50% chance to drop one. Otherwise, any planet that mentions it can be used to farm, any mission. Orokin Derelict (blueprint for the keys in the market) is a good easy option due to it being infested at an acceptable level, otherwise Dark Sectors offer higher rates and the expense of higher lever for higher rate.
