0 Stratego89 Posted May 2, 2016 Share Posted May 2, 2016 Equinox built for pacify probably works pretty good- also rest. On the same note Ivara with her sleep arrows. Atlas with his rock wall augment for protecting excavators with a triangle of walls would be expensive on energy but work well likely. Volt can protect them from anything but infested with his shields- and once he gets his rework his ult can lock infested down for a decent period of time without a need to recast- and they'll even kill anything that comes near. Ember with her World on Fire augment keeps basically anything from getting near, and knocks them down so they can't hit from range. Limbo TECHNICALLY works on anything but infested, but it's tricky. Hopefully at some point they'll make the obvious change Limbo needs to cataclysm to allow him to carry datamasses/cores and pick up drops that are inside. 0 Bouldershoulder Posted May 2, 2016 Share Posted May 2, 2016 (edited) Night form Equinox with peaceful provocation - 80% speed reduction at 200% power strength; also can put things to sleep and do good damage with melee. Loki(P) wide range and irradiated disarm - equally useful against infested, as against other factions, to disarm tar and swarm moas, and maybe ospreys (they can shoot), also to disable ancients' auras. 0 Manyc Posted May 2, 2016 Share Posted May 2, 2016 As an addition, Excalibur blind (not as good as Mirage), Nezha spears (keep in mind of Ancient Healers if you're on Infested, they soak up all spears to themselves), Rhino with a Stomp build. 0 (XBOX)Skylancer4 Posted May 2, 2016 Share Posted May 2, 2016 Nyx is amazing for excavations, chaos causes mobs to fight each other and you can focus on the carrier's for energy. Mod for range and duration. Typically new jobs run into fighting chaos'd mobs and keep them from getting to the excavator unless they come through a path that no one was on, in which case you can just kill them. One of the really nice things is once you get to the point you can spam it, you don't need to worry about killing the majority of mobs, so no need to worry about their level climbing up.
