KI'Teer arrow skin has low quality mesh on certain bows

I have noticed this on my Rakta Cernos that the Ki'Teer arrow skin has a increadibly low quality mesh/textures and seems to (possibly) follow the color of the bow instead of the actual arrow

I have heard this is also present on Paris skins also, I assume this bug has something to do with bow skins (Assuming the Rakta Cernos is just a skin of the actual Cernos with increased stats)

I can confirm that this is not present on the Dread or Mutalist Cernos

Equipping arrow skins on the Rakta Cernos reverts the entire bow to using the regular Cernos' skin and colors. This has been present since U18.5 or so (if not longer).

The Ki'Teer Arrows are the only broken thing on Paris skins, though.
