Landslide is affected by certain melee mods including base damage (e.g. Steel Charge), Impact b Impact damage, elemental damage, critical damage, critical chance, and status chance mods.
And I haven't tested but the combo counter on landslide is not the same you get on melee weapons, so I doubt it.

Honestly testing it yourself would be way faster than asking in forum.

I'm pretty sure it benefits from the combo counter bonus, so body count will benefit it by letting you keep up the bonus damage longer, just not directly as long as you are in melee equip.

Yes, body count works well in landslide. I don't know if "blood rush" does right.
