Thunderbolt Buff (?)

I thought i remembered the Thunderbolt mod being buffed to include/be affected by elemental mods, and as such was incredibly useful on the attica. But as far as I can tell looking Here That is not/never was the case. Am I misremembering something else?

You are probably remembering someone mentioning DE is probably going to look into these mods (Concealed Explosives, Combustion Beam, Thunderbolt, etc) to make them scale. There has been no hard date or information other than "we're looking into it" though, just that it has been brought up and acknowledged to be an issue.

itunderbolt now has fix dmg u cant improve it.....but works pretty well.....as utility more...

What you saw in wikia is true, this mod makes your arrow explode for 250 blast damage only, that it :(

It would be pretty cool if DE would allow this mod to scale off other mods for more utility and dish out the scaled damage as blast!!
