For a long time now, I've consistently encountered a bug with the chat where I send an initial message (I mostly use recruiting chat), wait a little bit for the recruiting message to be pushed up a ways and type it again, except the second time after I hit enter, the message simply doesn't show up. Is this intended to prevent spamming? I'm waiting a bit (15-30 seconds depending on how active the chat is) so I feel like anti-spam mechanics shouldn't affect it. The only way I can get a message to show up again after the initial one is to type something in a different chat and send it. Then the next message works fine, then I have to do it again because it won't send another. It's very annoying for trying to recruit for something.
