From what I've been seeing of our market (and I should probably leave the trade channel to play a bit more some days), it seems like R10 mods are generally going for about a half plat per core required plus the mod cost these days.  For Blind Rage, this thumbrule would put it at a bit over 200.  I think you could probably get that in our market, but you'd probably have to spend a while trying to move it, might have to bounce around regions, not try to sell during prime time when everyone's practically cutting their own throat, etc.

If you haven't already invested the cores, you might have an easier time offering to sell a maxed version of any R10 corrupted mod you have, to broaden your audience a bit.  Good luck with your sale.
