1 Kalenath Posted May 13, 2016 Share Posted May 13, 2016 (edited) You build it in the foundry with parts from other warframes. Chassis required Frost Chassis. After each part of the Quest, you get a different part. You need to build each part to continue the Quest. If you didn't get a blueprint after a mission, you need to contact support.
