Game with really a good physics engine?

With a new Vauban build right around the corner I was recently thinking about his bounce and all the fun you can have launching enemies into the abyss. However Warframe's physics aren't exactly flawless so naturally you get some rather weird looking results sometimes (I've seen Moas shoot sideways on a vertical launch pad). This is just something that happens with almost all games of course, I still remember all the times I played Halo Reach and the Warthog decided taping an enemy solider while driving had the same effect as being hit by a fully loaded freight train, resulting in us flying off into the sunset.

What I was wondering is if anyone here actually knew of game with physics that were almost perfect? Just what is, in everyone's personal opinion, the game with the best physics engine they've ever seen? Bonus if it's a game that actually lets you play around with them to do some awesome stuff instead of just being used to realistically drop random items on the floor.
