Need help with clan emblem(will pay plat)

Recently I have made a clan and want to get emblem but... i'm not in friendly relationship with photoshop i'd like some help:

So this is thingy from google:

Now I would like to have same background but instead those axes "Dual Cleavers" made by similar design  and around them 3 letters "ITS". The "I" on left side "T" on upper middle and "S" on right side.

 

Willing to give 150 platinum to fellow tenno who can create it!

You can't copyright the concept of two blue axes in a circle.

could you tweak it a bit and make the color of cleavers/letters more whitish and maybe improve cleavers abit more?

i will throw in an extra 50 plat, so thats 200 plat for a clan emblem design if some1s good at that sorta thing ^^

That looks amazing, amm few more things:

Could you add the effect like its frozen the letters and cleavers (similar to original picture) and make letter "I" with two horizontal small lanes so it will look like an actual I and not just a stick,also center the cleavers a bit so it will be in a middle between all three letters  and that would be it I guess.

Also changed the color slightly.

Move cleavers a bit to the left so there will be same distance between them and letters and that's it its perfect.

Now save two copies one with 128x128 as .PNG file for emblem and one more as 16x16 for Team Speak.
