When he said he won't make another FNAF game it could mean that he wont make another Five Nights at Freddy's. As if: the game about Freddy and Co. (which were pretty much constant antagonists for all 4 games). Sister Location might be a whole new story arc, with new characters and such. Also i heard some pretty hard voice-acting is going into the new game, so (hidden background) story-mode might be even bigger than previous games.
