MetalGerbil Posted June 15, 2013 Share Posted June 15, 2013 (edited) maybe. it was used as a way to give out exclusive stuffs to people, one time things, but it seems they are heading away from that. one of the livestreams gave the impression that you could take gear and make it vandal or prime to give you a variant of of your stuff. but then they went and released prime stuff as actual loot so i dono anymore.
