Question concerning Tennocon Full Day Tickets and the digital items

So, as I am going to be buying a full day ticket for Tennocon, I was wondering how will I be receiving the digital items? Are they credited to my account at ticket purchase? Will I be getting an email containing promo codes? Or will there be promo codes handed out at the event?
