Blind Rage weird effects

Hey everyone,
I have a question about Blind Rage mod,
on my Ember with different mods I got 175% efficiency and 170% strengh:
which gives me on World on fire 690 damage and 1.5 energy per sec

Once I put Blind Rage r8, I got 145% efficiency and 251% strengh:
which gives me on World on fire 1000+ damage and 5.25 energy per sec (without mods 3 energy per sec.)

The question I'm asking is Wat?!?!? how is it makes sense?! is mit a bug? or am I missing something?

P.S. on excalibur's 4th abbility I have the same effects.

Sorry, didnt get it.

How come my efficiency drop from 175% to 145%

but energy consuption more than triple itself? make no sense!
My effiency should be around 50% so that energy consumption will make any sense...

Energy efficiency is capped at 175%. You have Fleeting Expertise and Streamline at max rank, so in fact it's 190% efficiency. Blind Rage at rank 8 gives you -45% so it takes negative efficiency from 190% pool. That's it.

How's your duration stats? Toggle abilities with drain also take Duration into consideration... Meaning that lower duration means higher energy per second.
