Frost Build?

Looking for a good snow globe build with some decent offensiveness and mobility. Ideas?

Lazy copypasta from a recent topic:

Max Efficiency > everything unless you've got constant EV spam going on,
you don't need super-powerful Globes since you can stack 'em and let enemy fire make 'em stronger.

I really enjoy 235% Range on Frost, you get a comfy, Bombard-proof Globe
and can spread the debuff effects from Avalanche / Ice Wave over a massive area,
to say nothing of the total damage numbers (including those Avalanche kill blasts).

My general use build:

Energy Syphon, Enemy Sense
Intensify, Transient Fortitude
Stretch, Overextended
Streamline, Fleeting Expertise
Primed Continuity, Vitality

Really, with Bullet Jumps and those fast rolls, 0.95 Sprint Speed is hardly a problem.

Plus if the whole room is frozen you can just leasurely stroll about :P

I use this one, the globe HP does not matter a lot, since you can stack the HP by casting it again over the previous one. This is about the minimum range you want on your frost, to make the globe large enough not to be annoyed by bombards.
