Same ARCANE on helm and cape

I'm back into Warframe and there's a lot of new stuff I haven't seen and don't fully understand. I've been reading up on Arcane Enhancements and my biggest question is: can I use the same Arcane on a helm and syandana?

i.e. can I put Arcane Grace on my helmet, and an Arcane Grace on my syandana and have the effect stack?

If there is no effect at all on % chance to activate, or the amount it heals for, can someone please confirm.

Only the proc chance stacks not the buff

Stacking two Arcane Graces work (video is proof. RNG is checked twice and can proc at the same time with two arcanes). Not sure anything other arcane can really do this though.
