Normal Client to Steam Warframe Help?

If I switch from just having Warframe downloaded on my computer, uninstall that and switch to the Steam Warframe so I can buy TennoGen items, will I be able to use my items I already have? Because I have over 3 years worth of progress on the account, but I REALLY want TennoGen items.

You can alternate between either as much as you want. It's still the same game, just one is launched through Steam.

Yup. I have to have two different Warframes downloaded on my computer though.

I use the regular launcher 99% of the time, occasionally hop on Steam to purchase Tennogen items, then go back to the regular launcher (I can still use my purchased Steam items even through the regular launcher).

Yeah, when you launch it, I believe it asks you something about linking your account. Just say 'yes' to that.

There is a way to run steam version without reintalling. I will look up the info.
