Fever strike farm

So these arid butchers, that supposedly drop fever strike, do they not spawn in anymore? I ask this because i barely seen a single one. Ive done defense and survival missions on phobos but none spawn in and ive only seen a handful on exterminates. Is there a specific mission that spawns mobs of them? Or do I have better luck doing frontier butchers on earth?

earth survival or vay hek fight usually spawns a bunch of them (vay hek during u travel between arenas)

They still exist; but for them to appear you must stop desiring them, because RNGesus can sense when you desire something and will withhold it from you.
