Console 18.13 question

Obviously there's no way the players will know but I'm curious as to whether the changes to WF abilities made since the release of 18.13 will find it's way into our build via hotfix if they were not already added, or will we be stuck with how they were at 18.13? I speak mainly of the volt speed changes and the trinity changes in 18.13.2 I believe it was.

You probably got some of the important changes, or all of the immediate changes (18.13.2 - whatever the last immediate hotfix was). It all depends on when they submitted the build for Certification.

As Poison said it depends when it was put in to Cert. I would imagine you guys would have all of the hot fixed versions of the ability's.
