Agility Drift NERFED? Confirmation requested, please.

I looked through my mod collection and recently I've found the Agility Drift's Evasion mechanic has gone from +6% evasion to -6% evasion.

I'm looking for confirmation that this holds through to higher patches, or at least different Warframe versions (Both Xbone and PC users are equally appreciated, in short.)

Likely to be a faulty mod description, there's been a lot of them lately. What with DE revamping the mod descriptions and all.
Edit : Yes its the same on PC.
